  1. “I am healthy and well, my immune system is strong.” In these times, we must focus on self care (Qigong practice, of course!) and ALL that is positive to balance the fear and anxiety that can overwhelm us. Listen to the free videos from Roger Jahnke. If they are not in your in box, request from iiqtc@healthaction.net You will be inspired. One comment I loved: “The arms are the wings of the heart.” Each time you practice “ringing the temple gong,” you are opening space inside, connecting with the organs, certainly softening and relaxing the spaces of your heart center and lungs.

  2. Thank you Maxine for your commitment to keeping our Qigong community alive and vibrant… especially now during these challenging times…. We all know how great we feel practicing Qigong… and with all the medical science pointing to the importance of reducing stress to increase our immune system, Qigong is the perfect practice to add to our healthy lifestyle choices that include eating well and smart, being conscious of our hygiene by washing our hands with soap regularly throughout the day, taking at least 1,000 mg of Vitamin C daily to keep your antioxidant level up. Stay positive and joyful, this is also key… Find all the things you can to be grateful for… remember the power of your intention and attitude… and do a little Qigong practice every day! I have lots of videos to help inspire your practice on my YouTube Channel too! https://www.youtube.com/c/FrancescoGarripoli There is always a silver lining when you trust your Heart’s wisdom! Peace… Francesco

  3. Qi Gong has opened my mind and heart to the interconnectedness of all life, something we as humans often forget. It has also improved my meditation practice and sense of well being
Thank you, Maxine, for sharing your knowledge and practice with us.

  4. QiGong with Maxine has taught me to center myself…to step out of the hectic routine and do what seems best described as movement meditation. Plus side is it helps with balance and brings more energy. Easy to accommodate to anyone’s ability level, including people with injuries. Maxine is terrific at accomodating all of us.
