WINTER SERIES Begins January 16, 2018

 Winter is a time for reflection & slowing down, a time to return to your inner wisdom.

Practicing Qigong together in the beautiful Earth Room enhances our Qi!

For 9 Weeks Beginning Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 1:00 or 2:30

The WINTER 1:00 o’clock class includes:  

The 10 Phases of QI Cultivation, The Great Spiraling Dragon & more!                          Best for beginners & returning students.                                                                    

The WINTER 2:30 class will focus on:                

PRIMORDIAL OR WUJI QIGONG                                                                                               Best for students with some experience of Qigong or Tai Ji.     For those who learn this form, a one day workshop with Dr. Roger Jahnke will be offered on April 21st.

Cost:        $90. for 9 sessions

For a partner in the same household, the 2nd person’s fee is $45.

If you cannot afford the fee for the series, please e-mail me; we can make some adjustment in the cost.  

New to Qigong?  

Try  one class, then decide if you wish to sign up for the series. 
If you do not want to continue, that one class is $15.00.  Otherwise, cost is as above.

The benefits are profound.   Join us and discover these ancient Chinese healthcare exercises (slow, gentle movements) that integrate physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention. Qi is the vital life force energy in all things. The practice is easy to learn and welcomes students with all levels of ability. Nine one hour sessions in Lincroft.  The weekly class at the Cancer Support Community is a “come whenever you can,” but you must call to register.               Instructor Maxine Forster Guenther has been teaching Qigong since 2002.  She is a certified instructor of Integral Qigong and holds a Masters Degree in Human Development and Behavior.

Qigong classes are held here every Thursday, from 1:00 to 2:00.  For anyone with cancer or caretakers of loved ones with cancer, all programs are free.  The Cancer Support Community is located at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch.   TO REGISTER, please contact Joan Hogan, Program Director.   See the information below.
