I've had quite a few Qigong teachers over the years, but Maxine stands out for me as my favorite. She truly practices what she preaches; you can see and hear her passion for Qigong through her teaching. She is a seasoned instructor who caters to all abilities, but most importantly provides a comfortable space for all to practice in. When I walk into her class, I know I am entering a space of calm. I am so grateful for Maxine's classes and for her helping me to deepen my Qigong practice. LC (Registered Yoga Teacher & Holistic Health Coach)
